- Well, this kind of goes for ANY CPU Card with an 020 or better... they
- can all use 32-bit AUTOCONFIG memory addresses for their expansion RAM.

- As for why someboards have to use funny 'addmem' command and such is
- just a guess - they might not have a compatable hardware design that
- works with AUTOCONFIG (cheaper perhaps?).

- I personally have never used a board that requires an 'addmem'
- command, but I do remeber a memory card for the A500 that allowed up
- to 8MB of mem in the trap door. Since the A500's trapdoor wasn't
- originally designed to handle that (thus the cheap hardware, but here
- in the A500, not the add-on card), they had to use a hack to get that
- extra mem.
